CrossCountry Consulting in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead risk and regulatory transformation programs for Financial Services clients. You will guide client engagements, mentor junior staff, and drive business development initiatives to expand service delivery.

You will design and implement risk and compliance frameworks, monitor regulatory changes, and present findings to executives. A background in large professional services and banking regulations is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of consulting and delivery in risk and regulatory strategy.
• Experience in professional services, large firms preferred.
• Knowledge of LFI, prudential standards and Basel accords.
• Understanding SR 16-11, SR 11-7, FFIEC, DFAST/CCAR.
• Experience with risk data solutions and technology.
• Strong banking and capital markets product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Coaching and development of junior staff.
• Recruiting and retention responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead FS client engagements to design and implement risk and compliance programs.
• Develop frameworks, operating models, policies and processes for regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic planning support on risk issues to business units.
• Perform risk gap analyses and maturity assessments.
• Collaborate on design and testing of controls and outputs.
• Monitor regulatory trends and emerging risks in the US.
• Support business development and cross-sell opportunities.
• Remediate regulatory findings across risk areas.
• Deliver presentations and trainings to executives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
