Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and regulatory consulting for government contractors is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor junior staff in a client service context.

Responsibilities

• Leading client engagements in risk and compliance, focusing on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Developing and implementing strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes for clients.
• Managing and enhancing internal controls to effectively mitigate risks.
• Guiding teams in the execution of compliance program implementations and controls testing.
• Conducting risk analysis and governance reviews to identify potential areas of improvement.
• Facilitating group discussions and workshops to promote understanding of compliance frameworks.
• Overseeing the preparation and delivery of C-Level presentations on risk management strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation and operating effectiveness.
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within complex systems.
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
