Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Regulatory Risk Analyst to join our Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations. You will help monitor, test, and document controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies across operational teams.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, review data to identify gaps, and contribute to AML monitoring strategies while supporting a fast-paced, 24/7 gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, related qualification, or Risk/Compliance experience in the online gaming industry.
• Ability to review and interpret data to make accurate decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of gaming regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks for the organization.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to drive alignment on risk management initiatives.
• Assessing existing controls to identify gaps and recommending enhancements to mitigate compliance risks.
