Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Regulatory Risk Analyst to join the Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations. The role focuses on compliance, monitoring, testing, and documentation of controls across operational teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored compliance monitoring frameworks, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and assessing controls to identify gaps and mitigate risks.

• Attention to detail with ability to produce high-quality output in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
• Experience or exposure to online gaming compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the organisation, including regular reviews and updates as necessary.
• Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives.

What’s the position?

Our Regulatory Risk Analyst will be an integral part of our Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations. The Regulatory Risk Analyst will primarily focus on the compliance, monitoring, testing, and documentation of controls within Operational teams. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the organisation, including regular reviews and updates as necessary.

• Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives.

• Conducting assessments of existing controls to identify gaps and weaknesses and recommending enhancements to mitigate compliance risks effectively

You will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, related qualification, or Risk/Compliance experience in the online gaming Industry.

• The ability to review and interpret data and activity in order to make accurate decisions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry.

• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast- paced work environment.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
