Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking Consultants with deep regulatory expertise to help customers improve their Regulatory Information Management, submission management, publishing, and submission archiving. You will translate regulatory requirements into design and configure our cloud-based RIM suite for enterprise-wide use.

You will join the Professional Services team in a remote, full-time role with preference in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Pune. Travel up to 25-50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in life sciences or healthcare as a consultant, business, or IT representative.
• Technical abilities to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide life science customers in configuring and implementing Veeva Regulatory suite to streamline global regulatory processes.
• Lead configuration workshops, document requirements, and prototype and deploy solutions.
• Program and project management including resource planning and cross-functional leadership.
• Communicate between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
