State Street Bank and Trust Company in Princeton, NJ is seeking a hands-on Software Engineering & Development-Workstream Lead to partner with senior development managers, architects and business leadership to deliver technology roadmaps and regulatory reporting initiatives.

You will lead delivery across global teams, applying Reg Reporting expertise with Axiom and tech stack including PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Python, PowerShell, Perl/Shell, driving SDLC in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years software development experience.
• Reg Reporting expertise with Axiom; strong PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Python/PowerShell, Perl/Shell scripting.
• Agile environment and full SDLC proficiency; ability to lead cross-functional teams across global locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as delivery manager and SME on Reg Reporting applications and functions.
• Gather client requirements and market research to develop technology roadmaps and multi-year investments.
• Lead projects and programs delivering technology aligned to business strategy and value realization.
• Communicate design reviews and demos with focus on simple, effective solutions.
