Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Lead to own the U.S. regulatory reporting program for digital assets and stablecoins. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Product to ensure timely, regulator-ready submissions.

The role requires navigating diverse data sources and delivering scalable, compliant reporting processes across Stripe’s North American entities. Office locations include Seattle or South San Francisco HQ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading regulatory reporting programs in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. compliance and regulatory obligations for stablecoins/digital assets.
• Experience engaging with U.S. regulators on data submissions and supervisory requests.
• Ability to work across complex data environments to produce regulator-ready reports.
• Background in financial services with exposure to stablecoins or digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end U.S. regulatory reporting program for digital assets, including scope and timelines.
• Interpret requirements and translate them into reporting specifications and data definitions.
• Manage the full regulatory reporting lifecycle from data sourcing to submission.
• Ensure reports reflect stablecoin activities, reserves, and on/off-chain flows.
• Design and maintain a robust regulatory reporting control framework.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Finance, Compliance and Legal to improve data lineage.
• Own regulatory reporting change management for new regulations and product launches.
• Develop regulator-ready documentation to support examinations and reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact during regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries.
