Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in an accounting/finance setting.
• 3 years in supervisory function overseeing funds accounting or audit teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial statements or regulatory reviews.
• Typical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and review the reporting staff's daily and periodic assignments.
• Compile and advise on monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports (e.g., Form PF, Form SLT).
• Interact with internal teams, clients, and audit firm personnel.
• Train staff on regulations and goals; prepare evaluations and meetings.
• Develop career plans and training for Regulatory Reporting Accountants.
• Write or review reports related to engagements and ad hoc client requests.
• Troubleshoot fund accounting and client issues; attend trainings to expand knowledge.
• Support peak period reporting and budgeting for engagements and projects.
• Identify opportunities for new clients and value-added services.
