Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Director to lead the U.S. Banks Capital Reporting team, ensuring accurate regulatory capital calculations and timely disclosures. The role requires coordinating with regulators, internal audit, and senior management while driving process improvements and automation.

You will oversee capital forecasting, ROE analysis, and capital allocation in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the U.S. Banks Controller.

Qualifications

• Regulatory capital reporting experience for banks or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of Basel capital requirements, RWA, leverage ratios, and capital buffers.
• Experience coordinating with regulators and internal audit.
• Ability to lead reporting frameworks and improve processes with automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the U.S. Banks Capital Reporting function and ensure accurate, timely regulatory capital calculations and disclosures.
• Oversee regulatory capital reporting frameworks and submissions (FFIEC 101/102, DFAST).
• Drive forecasting governance, testing, controls, and documentation for capital planning.
