Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of bank regulatory reporting, capital reporting, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of bank regulatory capital frameworks and reporting requirements.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Banks Capital Reporting function, ensuring timely and complete regulatory capital calculations and disclosures.
• Maintain ownership of Basel capital requirements, RWA, leverage ratios, and related reporting submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Fed, OCC, FDIC requirements and implement new regulatory rules (FFIEC 101/102, DFAST).
• Lead interpretation and implementation of evolving regulatory capital requirements and adapt reporting processes and systems.
• Oversee capital forecasting for budgeting and stress testing, including governance and controls.
• Lead capital allocation and ROE analysis, and related reporting for business units.
• Serve as point of contact for OCC/FDIC examinations and internal reviews of capital models.
• Drive automation and strategic enhancements to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
