Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years GAAP accounting experience including financial reporting.
• Relevant banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Solid Excel working knowledge.
• Ability to interpret accounting and regulatory guidance and apply to reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory reports and filings (Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-2900, FR Y-8, etc.).
• Read and interpret regulatory guidance, sourcing data and preparing report schedules with supporting work papers.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reported data aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Perform data aggregation to source data for reporting.
• Reconcile regulatory reports to the general ledger and financial statements for accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes related to regulatory reporting.
• Research new regulatory developments and implement accordingly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support audits and examinations; assist with internal and external reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
