Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to prepare and file regulatory reports for bank regulators, including the Federal Reserve and FDIC. The candidate will consolidate data across entities, ensure accuracy, and maintain documentation of the reporting process.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least three years of GAAP accounting experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret accounting and regulatory guidance for reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve processes.
  • Understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and banking reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare regulatory reports and filings (e.g., Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-2900).
  • Read regulatory guidance and source data for reporting schedules.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure data aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Aggregate data for reporting and reconcile with GL and financial statements.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for regulatory reporting.
  • Research new regulatory developments and implement changes.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations.
