Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Missouri seeks a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to prepare regulatory reports for the Federal Reserve, FDIC and state regulators, and to manage reporting schedules. The role requires GAAP knowledge and strong analytical skills.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure data aligns with regulatory requirements, reconcile reports to the general ledger, and support month-end close while pursuing process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum three years GAAP accounting experience, including financial reporting.
  • Relevant banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely and accurate regulatory reports and filings.
  • Interpret regulatory guidance and develop reporting schedules.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure data aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform data aggregation to source reporting data.
  • Reconcile regulatory reports to the general ledger and financial statements.
  • Maintain documentation of reporting processes and internal controls.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Research new regulatory developments and implement changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations.
