Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare or highly regulated environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience coordinating projects, operational processes, or cross-functional initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, communications, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and projects for Government Programs, including regulatory reporting and audits.
• Develop and maintain processes, policies, and documentation for program operations.
• Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and support implementation of enhancements.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on assigned programs and projects.
