Job summary

Uber is seeking an Associate Program Manager on the West Regulatory Team to bridge our legal experts and regional operations, ensuring scalable, legal, and compliant growth across Western markets.

You will manage a portfolio of regulatory, legal, and operational projects, coordinating regulatory inquiries, licensing research, filings, and permit oversight to keep Uber compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in either big firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in researching statutes and/or regulations is essential.
• BA/BS or paralegal certificate or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Inquiry & Investigation Management: manage responses to regulatory inquiries and information requests.
• Compliance & Licensing Research: assist with local statutes, regulations, and license requirements research.
• Public Filings & Submissions: prepare electronic filings and public comments with regulators.
• Certification & Application Oversight: manage end-to-end permit processes.
