AEP Texas is seeking a Manager/Director of Regulatory Pricing & Analysis in Austin, TX, to provide strategic direction for regulated pricing and to lead pricing initiatives across tariffs, products, and pilot programs.

Responsibilities include directing specialized pricing tasks, developing plans with measurable goals, presenting complex regulatory subjects, and building internal and external networks to influence policy and pricing strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, management or other business related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of electric utility experience with emphasis on accounting, rates, tariff development and application, commercial operations, management.
• 1 year of leading people teams or projects.
• Director Pricing and Analysis: minimum 10 years of electric utility experience and 3 years of leading teams or complex projects.

• Directs division work activities to perform specialized regulated costing and pricing tasks.
• Develops and implements plans with measurable goals relative to regulated costing and pricing responsibilities.
• Demonstrates high-level problem solving in area of specialization and ensures consistent costing and pricing principles across jurisdictions.
• Directs preparation and presentation of complex regulatory subjects to management, customers and regulatory bodies.
• Builds networks across the company and with external regulators to accomplish goals.
• Makes complex decisions based on calculated risk and defends decisions in the interest of the company.
• Develops the organizational operating budget and is accountable for meeting financial goals.

Formazione
