Job summary

NEXHR in Memphis, TN is seeking a North America Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory efforts across the US and Canada, with support for Mexico. You will build and mentor the NA Regulatory team and drive compliance across EPA, TSCA, FIFRA, PMRA, FDA and OSHA.

The role requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of regulatory experience in the US chemical sector, deep knowledge of TSCA/FIFRA, and proven leadership to shape strategy and partner with Sales, R&D, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 10+ years' regulatory experience within or across North America.
• Strong experience within the US chemical regulatory environment.
• Detailed knowledge of TSCA and FIFRA is required.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
