Job summary

Buckman in Memphis, TN is seeking a Regulatory Manager to lead NA regulatory compliance across the US, Canada, and support for Mexico. You will own the SDS authoring tool and coordinate with global Regulatory to ensure product safety and environmental compliance.

The role emphasizes building robust compliance calendars, training teams, and guiding regulatory submissions while fostering continuous improvement and accountability across the regulatory function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in regulatory leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of EPA TSCA/FIFRA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe, environmentally compliant workplace.
• Proactively ensure compliance with EPA, PMRA, FDA, OSHA and other bodies.
• Meet regulatory reporting needs and coordinate with sales/customers.
• Own and steward the SDS authoring tool (Intelligence Authoring).
• Develop and coach the Regulatory team and pursue KPIs.
• Drive process improvements, including raw material approvals.
