Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years in admin/regulatory work.
• Or bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.
• Background screening and fingerprinting required.

Aufgaben

• Perform complex examination of licensee’s criminal history and mental status to determine licensure eligibility.
• Review reports (RPO, MECOM, DVI) and related docs to determine actions.
• Monitor criminal history using CCIS, DOC, and Clerk of Courts; obtain docs via phone.
• Prepare correspondence on administrative actions and suspensions/revocations.
• Update IPMS databases and maintain records; ensure proper storage.
• Provide guidance to licensees and assist division staff; handle inquiries.
