Job summary

The selected candidate will independently evaluate qualifications, communicate with applicants, and maintain accurate data in the agency systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review applications for licenses, permits, and registrations for licensure qualifications.
• Communicate with applicants about omissions or deficiencies in applications.
• Process routine and complex applications per policy, codes, or statutes.
• Evaluate qualifications to determine eligibility for licensure.
• Determine approvals/denials for completeness and compliance.
• Inform supervisor in case of denial for next actions.
• Update systems and logs consistently and accurately.
• Provide accurate guidance to internal and external customers on licensure matters.
• Handle fee payments and ensure proper receipting.
