Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee is seeking a Regulatory Program Administrator – SES to manage professional licensing processes for massage therapy and related boards. This on-site role requires independent judgment, statutory knowledge, and strong administrative oversight.

You will process licensure applications, review qualifications, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate LEIDS/CEBroker records, ensuring timely, compliant outcomes for applicants and licensees.

• Ability to understand Florida Statutes, rules, policies and procedures for licensing and regulation.

Responsabilités

• Independently evaluates applicant qualifications for licensure and determines eligibility.
• Serve as subject matter expert for massage therapist applications and primary processor for various applications.
• Process applications in LEIDS or CEBroker and issue correspondence on deficiencies.
• Assist with administrative duties including documentation processing and refunds.
• Process graduate lists and update application files.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to administrative problems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence with timely updates.
• Update licensing databases following reviews by other sections.
• Summarize and prepare files for review by boards or councils.
• Review reports and audit applications to determine required actions.
