Qualifications

  • JD required and bar admission in the residence/work state.
  • 4–5 years’ experience with State Attorneys General or in related regulatory enforcement settings.
  • Strong writing skills with publication record or aptitude for thought leadership.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence/work.
  • Familiarity with investigations, enforcement, and multistate coordination.
