Job summary

The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services is seeking a full-time Investigative Analyst in the Tidewater area. Working with the Division of Licensure and Regulatory Services, this role supports regulatory investigations and public service while balancing a demanding yet rewarding workload.

You will perform administrative and investigative duties, conduct audits, collect evidence, interview witnesses, prepare reports, and present testimony as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, email).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of in-person interviews and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and investigative support through audits, research, and evaluation activities.
