Ideal candidates have hands-on banking regulation experience, strong research and writing skills, and comfort using AI tools for content development within a collaborative Regulatory and Risk team.

Qualifications

• Compliance practitioner with hands-on banking regulations experience.
• Deep understanding of banking regulations and practices.
• Genuine regulatory research experience in dense regulatory texts.
• Attention to detail to spot inaccuracies or AI Hallucinations.
• Strong research and writing skills; legal writing training preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance regulatory content development.

Responsibilities

• Build and structure regulatory content to train AI products with well-sourced material.
• Write and refine prompts guiding AI interpretation of regulatory questions.
• Conduct deep regulatory research using Federal Register texts and regulatory guidance.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy; catch hallucinations before customers
• Apply compliance testing: identify issues and determine sample sizes
• Incorporate customer feedback to improve content and prompts over time
• Support customers with AI output questions and escalations
• Create regulatory content and contribute to thought leadership
• Explain regulations clearly and accurately; collaborate across teams
