Job summary

Ncontracts, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Product Manager to drive execution for Lending Compliance products used by 5,000+ financial institutions. You’ll translate real customer problems into high quality product experiences, shape AI-powered capabilities, and collaborate with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver impact.

The role blends product execution (70%) with go‑to‑market enablement (30%), reporting to the Director of Product Management for Lending Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a B2B SaaS setting
• Strong customer discovery skills with ability to synthesize insights into actionable decisions
• Experience in agile development with engineering teams
• Demonstrated success leading GTM activities including positioning and enablement
• Analytical skills with product analytics tools (Pendo/Amplitude)
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in FinTech/RegTech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery through interviews and data analysis of compliance workflows
• Own product backlog and PRD-level specifications for your area
• Define acceptance criteria and wireframes using AI prototyping tools
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality and scope
• Drive AI-powered capabilities and measurable adoption
• Support GTM launches with positioning, collateral, and enablement
• Present updates and demos to stakeholders and customers
