• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and generative AI solutions for regulatory compliance and change management.
• Automate monitoring and interpretation of regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, tech, data, and business teams.
• Evaluate AI tools and platforms used in regulatory functions.
• Establish governance processes, dashboards, and KRIs for AI initiatives.
• Support regulatory examinations using AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess AI-related risks and appropriate controls.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations and translate to requirements.
• Coordinate AI-related requests from regulators, auditors, stakeholders.
• Deliver training on responsible AI usage and governance.
