Job summary

Marvin is seeking a qualified engineer to help maintain and establish technical centers of excellence in regulatory disciplines for glass, installation, and packaging. You will assess industry standards, provide consulting to teams, and lead multiple complex projects with proven analytical rigor.

The role emphasizes glass performance, product life-cycle understanding, and collaboration across engineering and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of engineering design, product development and/or window/door regulatory experience.
• Understanding of regulatory standards for windows/doors market strongly preferred.
• PE certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of 2D/3D modeling software (Inventor preferred) and MS Office; FEA/THERM exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Glass design and analysis including strength, altitude, frequency, sound transmission, and thermal performance.
• Structural engineering for new product development with calculations.
• Installation design, engineering and validation with documentation leadership.
• Packaging design and analysis; support sustainability packaging initiatives.
