Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Engineer to drive product improvements and support continuous advancement of our premium window and door products. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to improve quality, performance, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes design, testing, problem‑solving, and project management to translate ideas into practical enhancements and bring high‑quality products to market.

Qualifications

• B.S.M.E. in Engineering required with 2–5 years product design experience preferred.
• Must have high level of communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience using 3-D parametric modeling and Autodesk Inventor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive changes to increase functionality, quality, and performance while reducing cost and non-value added materials and processes.
• Develop test plans and validate product design through functional and performance testing.
• Lead cross-functional teams on product improvements and corrective actions.
• Research and answer customer questions about design and performance; prepare written reports.
• Create 3-D models, 2-D layouts, prototypes, and BOMs; coordinate changes across departments.
