The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance, including mortgage lending, consumer and commercial finance, BNPL and EWA, and FinTech products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Experience with TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, and FDCPA.
• Enforcement experience is a plus; knowledge of money services businesses and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• The Associate will work with clients from a variety of industries, large and small, across the country, applying statutory knowledge and regulatory expertise to deliver client‑focused solutions.
