Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive level materials.
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory requests and translate into actionable deliverables.
• Experience coordinating initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory engagements from initial notification through closure.
• Review regulatory requests for scope, intent, and risk.
• Develop and maintain engagement plans, timelines, trackers, ownership, dependencies, escalations.
• Coordinate responses across Digital Workplace Technology teams and enterprise partners.
• Prepare leaders for regulatory meetings, interviews, and examinations.
• Identify and remediate control gaps before regulatory findings.
• Track commitments, findings, and remediation through closure.
• Provide regular status reporting on engagement activity and risks.
