Job summary

Leidos is seeking motivated students for a Summer 2027 Internship as a Regulatory Document Intern. This 100% remote role focuses on supporting the PMO team under the Defense Enclave Services contract, with duties spanning document tracking, submissions, and reporting. Candidates must be U.S.

citizens and pursuing relevant degrees. This internship offers exposure to government contracting, enterprise-level systems modernization, and process improvement initiatives within a large defense

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, English, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• U.S. citizen; security clearance required to start; Leidos will sponsor if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking, organizing, and managing CDRL deliverables across DES and division programs.
• Support scheduling and coordination of document submissions to government customers.
• Help prepare, review, and format official reports and deliverables for submission.
• Participate in team meetings and document action items.
