Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen; DoD Secret clearance eligibility post-onboarding (Leidos sponsorship possible).
• Pursuing an MS degree in Business, English, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking, organizing, and managing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables for GSM-O II and other programs.
• Support scheduling and coordination of document submissions to government customers.
• Help prepare, review, and format official reports and deliverables for submission.
• Attend team meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure delivery timelines and compliance.
• Maintain organized records of documentation and delivery statuses.
• Support process improvement efforts, AI integration, and documentation standardization.
