Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Data Analyst - LFI, Data Governance to support readiness for Large Financial Institution status. You will analyze critical business data, develop requirements for regulatory reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely data for internal stakeholders.

You will become a SME in Reg YY and assist in refining data for FR 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-15 reporting. Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field like Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience.
• Proficient with data analysis tools and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and report on key business data for LFI readiness.
• Develop data requirements and SME for Reg YY implementation.
• Perform UAT to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create data visualizations communicating key metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements.
