Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst (mid/senior) in Phoenix, onsite 4X per week, to support Large Financial Institution readiness. You will gather, analyze, and report on key business data and become a subject-matter expert on Reg YY regulations after learning FR 2052a, FR Y-14, and FR Y-15.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams. Prior experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
• 2 years experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Willingness to learn applicable regulatory regulations (Reg YY: FR 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-15).
• Intermediate knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements to support LFI readiness as required by FRB regulations for an institution.
• Provide input to Technology deliverables to ensure successful implementation and data accuracy.
• Perform UAT testing and validate data integrity across reports.
