Job summary

Redica Systems is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to develop customer-facing reports and dashboards from regulatory intelligence data. You will translate customer requests into reporting requirements and present findings through dashboards, executive reports, and data storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, data ops, or related role.
• Hands-on experience building reports, workbooks, data elements, or visualizations in cloud BI tools such as Sigma/Tableau/Power BI; Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer reporting requests into precise, scoped queries using Redica tools to identify and extract data.
• Build, customize, and publish customer-facing reports and visualizations tailored to customer needs.
• Own the full report lifecycle from intake to delivery, including QA and proofing.
• Interpret and validate data outputs for accuracy before customer delivery; assess data quality and relevance.
• Navigate regulatory intelligence data (FDA actions, Form 483, warning letters, inspections) to answer questions through structured reporting.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer deliverables with accuracy and on-time delivery.
