Job summary

Redica Systems is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to develop customer-facing reports and dashboards using regulatory intelligence data. You will translate requests into clear reporting requirements, work with inspections, observations, and enforcement data, and present findings through dashboards and executive reports.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and clear communication with customers and colleagues as AI tools support data exploration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, life sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, data operations, or related role.
• Hands-on experience building reports or visualizations in cloud BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write and troubleshoot queries.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for data exploration or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer reporting requests into precise queries using Redica tools to identify data.
• Build and publish customer-facing reports, workbooks, data elements and visualizations.
• Own the full report lifecycle from intake to delivery and QA.
• Validate data outputs for accuracy before customer delivery.
• Navigate regulatory intelligence data (FDA actions, Form 483s, warning letters, inspections) to answer customer questions.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer deliverables with on-time delivery.
