Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or BI.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Solid data visualization best practices and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain standard and customized reports for leadership and teams.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to dashboards and summaries.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies via audits and checks.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and propose data solutions.
• Perform trend analysis to support improvements and outcomes.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, logic, and standards.
• Support ad hoc reporting and time-sensitive analyses.
• Streamline and automate reporting processes while ensuring data governance.
