Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Testing professional to support methodology development, governance, and QA across the testing lifecycle. You will analyze results, produce actionable insights, and collaborate with partners to ensure consistent, high-quality testing practices.

The role emphasizes governance, annual planning, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic regulatory environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance testing, risk management, audit, or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, testing methodologies, and reporting practices.
• Experience supporting methodology development, governance, and training.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, implementation, and governance of Regulatory Compliance Testing methodologies, templates, guidance, and playbooks.
• Performs quality reviews and thematic assessments to evaluate compliance with standards and reporting expectations.
• Analyzes testing results and quality metrics to identify insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develops dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations related to testing activities.
• Supports regulatory examinations, internal reviews, and governance processes.
