Connect Search, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support a developing team in a heavily regulated environment. You will interpret regulations, ensure accuracy, and help improve processes while gaining hands-on learning and long-term growth into leadership roles.

You'll review documentation, support audits, guide internal teams, and contribute to training. Flexible scheduling may be available as you develop subject matter expertise and advance with the organization.

Formación

• Experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, risk management, or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, regulations, and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability and openness to change and process improvement.
• Experience with compliance software or reporting systems is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling options may be available.

Responsabilidades

• Review documentation and verify compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and audit documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support corrective actions.

• Help develop and improve procedures, controls, and compliance processes.
• Provide guidance and training to team members as you develop subject matter expertise.
