Job summary

Grand Bank for Savings, FSB is seeking an Enterprise Compliance Analyst to support the design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of the Bank's CMS across consumer compliance, BSA/AML, OFAC, CARD Act, and digital banking programs.

The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and focuses on risk assessments, monitoring, testing, policy maintenance, regulatory change management, and coordination with internal audit and terceros, while balancing regulatory requirements with practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent banking/compliance experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, CARD Act, Regulation Z/E, UDAAP is preferred
• Experience with compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting processes
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with multiple business units

Responsibilities

• Assist with CMS administration, risk assessments, policies, training, and reporting.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing across deposits, lending, digital banking, and payments.
• Support regulatory change management and policy updates.
• Help track remediation actions and coordinate with business units.
• Assist with onboarding and oversight of third-party service providers.
