Job summary

Integrated Power USA, part of TotalEnergies, seeks a Regulatory Specialist to support compliance, prepare regulatory submissions, and keep evidence organized across multiple agencies. Based in Austin, TX or Houston, TX, you will work with SMEs and legal to ensure timely reporting and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes knowledge of NERC/CIP standards, cross-functional teamwork, and effective communication in a dynamic energy portfolio including renewables and storage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business/engineering/information systems/energy management).
• Knowledge of NERC CIP and O&P standards.
• Experience interacting with FERC, ISOs, PUCs or similar regulators.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submissions to regulatory agencies (FERC, ERCOT, PJM, NERC, EIA, PUCs).
• Register projects under construction and report asset metrics.
• Maintain documentation for NERC CIP compliance.
• Develop compliance calendars and evidence repositories.
• Coordinate with SMEs and legal on regulatory obligations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, energy management, or related field
