Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a state marijuana employee authorization and pass a background check.
• Strong communication with corporate management and on-site departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SVP of Compliance and facility management to execute compliance tasks.
• Stay up to date on state and local laws and regulations affecting operations.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and data collection from BioTrack.
• Investigate and document BioTrack issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with regulator inquiries (ABC, MMC, ADH) and maintain notifications.
• Ensure inventory tracking compliance and train facility teams.
