Job summary

RavenTek seeks a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The role requires analyzing complaints, inquiries, and documentation to determine disposition while adhering to applicable laws and procedures.

The attorney will prepare written analyses, correspondence, memoranda, and other case-related documents, ensure accuracy, and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. required and bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience performing legal analysis, investigations, and compliance reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints and supporting docs for completeness.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and disposition.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regs, policies, and procedures.
• Draft memos, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
