Job summary

This role partners with Legal and business units, regulators, and auditors to facilitate timely responses, document workflows, and provide administrative and analytical support across compliance programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Banking Operations, Compliance, Regulatory Relations, Risk Management, Audit, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• Prior banking or financial services experience.
• Required to be located in Wilmington, NC.
• Work Sponsorship is not supported, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory examinations and rosters.
• Administer the day-to-day operations of the complaint management program.
• Prepare examination materials, management responses, and post-examination documentation as directed.
• Assist with regulatory change management and tracking.
