Responsibilities

• Complete regulatory compliance monitoring and testing within standards and timelines.
• Communicate results to management with efficiency and clarity.
• Follow up on corrective actions for regulatory findings.
• Keep supervisor informed of status and impediments.
• Research regulatory requirements using laws, resources, and colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer protection laws and Towne policies.
• Support as a subject matter expert in compliance monitoring.
• Participate in department projects, procedures, reports, risk assessments.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and related laws.
• Perform other duties within job scope.
