Range, a fast-growing AI-powered wealth management platform, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager, Go-to-Market Enablement to help Range move faster— responsibly— while upholding strong regulatory standards and exam-ready evidence. You’ll own day-to-day marketing and product compliance workflows, partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and CX to enable scalable, compliant experiences.

This in-office role is based at Range's HQ in McLean, VA or our NYC hub, with relocation

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance within investment advisory, fintech, or financial services, focused on marketing or product-related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day marketing and advertising compliance program, incl. reviews under SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA standards.
• Own compliance enablement for client-facing products and releases with cross-functional review of features, disclosures, and user flows.
• Support expansion into video and long-form content with timely, scalable compliance reviews.
• Maintain books-and-records practices related to advertising and client communications, incl. documentation in compliance systems.
• Serve as subject matter expert for advertising and client communications compliance, translating rules into guidance and templates.
• Promote exam and audit readiness with clean documentation and efficient response processes.
