Job description

Overview VTG is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Lead in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

The Regulatory Compliance Lead shall serve as the subject matter expert in signals and imagery data compliance and expert knowledge of SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and ELINT disciplines. Duties include:

1. Coordinate with DS&Os to verify and validate mission-related activities in accordance with EO 12333 and applicable laws and policies to ensure that the appropriate protections are afforded to persons of the US and partner nations.
2. Assist the Government in the management and execution of the NRO Mission Compliance Program and related activities, including but not limited to: compliance documentation processes, education, training, and data access requirements.
3. Coordinate with NRO’s mission partners to identify policies that may affect the NRO architectural framework.
4. Provide technical and policy expertise in support of NRO assessments and verifications, assist in identifying deficiencies, provide recommended guidance to develop and implement compliance controls, and assist in the verification of corrective actions.

Qualifications

TS/SCI with Poly. It is desired for the SME-level key personnel for this position to fulfill the expected qualifications and have a Master's degree, at least seven (7) years of relevant NRO, IC, or DOD experience, and fifteen (15) years of relevant proven experience working policy initiatives. SME-level key personnel for this position are required to have a Bachelor's degree, proven experience working with IC and DOD Regulatory Compliance initiatives, an industry-recognized Compliance and Ethics certification (e.g., SCCE or ECCI), at least five (5) years of relevant IC or DOD experience, and ten (10) years of relevant proven experience working policy initiatives. Key personnel are also expected to have a proven record of exceptional written and oral communication expertise.

Must have: Experience in IC, DoD, and mission partner policies and procedures focusing on key elements of Mission Compliance: Awareness, Standards (i.e., Incident Reporting, Data Access Requirements), Training, and Monitoring and Assessments.
