IT Regulatory Compliance & Business Analysis Lead - Technology IT

Where do you fit in?

The IT Regulatory Compliance & Business Analysis Lead plays a critical role in our Technology IT department, combining business systems analysis expertise with regulatory compliance knowledge. You'll support quality processes while helping to pioneer AI-driven compliance solutions, positioning us as one of the first in the industry using AI for compliance. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work with current technology, automate IT and quality processes, and make a significant impact across the organization.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:

Business Analysis (50%):

• Gather and analyse requirements for technology and quality initiatives
• Document business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Support the implementation of automated solutions through collaboration with IT and quality teams
• Lead projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery
• Guide quality teams on process changes and automation from a business analyst perspective
• Work directly with the quality team on process improvements

Compliance & Quality (50%):

• Support audits and confidently explain processes to customers
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards in the life sciences industry
• Contribute to the development of our innovative AI compliance initiatives
• Work with the quality team to implement and improve automated processes
• Interact occasionally with the Executive Leadership Team on process improvements
• Begin with smaller projects and grow into larger responsibilities over time

You'll need to bring:

• Experience in the life sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medical devices)
• Business analysis understanding with experience gathering and analysing requirements
• Project involvement experience, potentially including leadership of projects
• Experience working with project managers in cross-functional environments
• Confidence and authority when speaking about quality and compliance matters
• Self-starter with assertive and candid communication style

We'd be thrilled to hear that you also have:

• Technical background or experience working with technology groups/IT departments within pharma
• Background as either a business analyst with compliance experience OR a compliance professional with business analysis understanding
• Previous senior-level role experience
