Job summary

Five Below seeks a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to support CPSIA, FD&C Act, Prop 65, and related standards. You will work with Product Development, Buying, Quality, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams to gather data, maintain records, and ensure compliant product launches.

The role requires 1–3 years in regulatory compliance and a strong ability to communicate guidance clearly, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in regulatory/compliance fields.
• 1–3 years in regulatory compliance, product compliance, quality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CPSC compliance initiatives, including eFiling and Product Registry submissions.
• Track regulatory notices (including Prop 65) and coordinate information gathering.
• Communicate product holds and release statuses to internal stakeholders with documentation.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to obtain missing or updated compliance information; escalate overdue items.
• Gather and maintain documentation for regulatory reporting, product registrations, and compliance programs.
• Maintain product attributes and compliance data in Bamboo Rose and other systems.
• Support investigations, recalls, corrective actions, and issue resolution with stakeholders and regulators.
• Monitor federal, state, and local compliance regulations; summarize potential impacts for internal review.
• Participate in industry webinars to stay informed on regulatory trends and best practices.
• Support compliance training and internal communications for regulatory processes.
