Job summary

Moss Consulting is seeking a Compliance Specialist to provide registrations, documentation, and administrative support for client accounts. You will own compliance workflows, coordinate with HR Managers, and ensure timely submissions across state and federal requirements.

You'll engage with agencies, brokers, contractors, and third parties, monitor regulatory changes, and maintain internal resources to keep Moss and its clients compliant and prepared for audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR compliance, insurance administration, or licensing/registration.
• Proficiency managing COIs, endorsements, and bonding.
• Experience with OCIP/CCIP/ROCIP or other CIP programs.
• Strong documentation and tracking across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research and complete required registrations for clients.
• Coordinate with agencies, brokers, and third parties to gather documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal resources.
• Own compliance processes from initiation to completion with deadlines.
